   Helping execute influencer campaigns-Coordinate timelines with influencers/talent managers, including approving live dates and ensuring content aligns with launches and brand goals-Review and approve influencer content for quality, brand fit, and FTC compliance before it goes live-Track deliverables and performance, collecting insights for campaign reporting and future optimizations-Optimizing and editing influencer content for paid ads. Select and repurpose top-performing influencer content for Meta, TikTok, and other paid channels-Edit content into multiple formats (trimming, resizing, captions) and test ad copy variations/CTAs-Partner with the paid media team to analyse performance data and refine creative strategy-Researching and presenting a strategy for the US TikTok Shop-Conduct competitor and trend research to understand best practices for TikTok Shop-Identify influencers with strong TikTok Shop presence and explore affiliate partnership.
