I stepped in at a time when operations were disjointed, communication was strained, and cultural dynamics needed realignment. Since then, I’ve worked alongside leadership to restore clarity, elevate team performance, and ensure the people strategy supports the business goals. Whether navigating tough conversations, rebuilding trust, or untangling organizational gaps, my role has been focused on leading with both strategy and empathy—helping two companies become one high-functioning, people-first organization.
