   Responsible for the day-to-day management and operation of the Donor Referral Center. Oversee the referral and authorization process, and all related operations. Monitored and implemented process improvement metrics for maintaining specific goals in the donor referral center, such as authorization rate, suitibility rate, approach rate, and investigated ANR\'s.
