    Debottlenecked the Saturated Gas Refinery Unit production process from BPD to BPD by implementing a secondary debutanizer to the overhead line of an existing debutanizer tower for Valero.• Added new process equipment to an existing Aspen HYSYS simulation, created a Process Flow Diagram (PFD), developed a Heat Material Balance, and sized different equipment such as a reflux vessel, pump, and control valve for secondary debutanizer tower to further advance project deliverables. • Calculated pressure drops between two line sizing simulations for a recycle gas compressor loop in a hydrotreating unit to determine discrepancy and determine most conservative solution to allow for most efficient and cost-effective process for client Motiva.
