As part of the PROMETRIKA Technology Group, I provide comprehensive infrastructure support across a hybrid Windows environment. I manage and support end-user systems, server infrastructure, and enterprise applications, ensuring system availability, security, and compliance with regulatory standards (including FDA guidelines). Core Responsibilities & Technologies:Operating Systems: Administration and support of Windows 10/11 workstations and Windows Server 2016/2019/2022 environments.Directory Services: Active Directory (AD), Group Policy Objects (GPO), user provisioning/deprovisioning.Endpoint Management: Imaging and deployment of workstations; software installation and updates.Data Management: Backup and restoration procedures; storage system administration; archival processes.Security: Participation in monitoring and remediation efforts to protect network and endpoint infrastructure; enforcement of IT policies.Networking: Support for LAN/WAN, VPN access, and secure remote connectivity.Tools & Platforms: Timekeeping systems, VoIP-based telephony platforms, internal security systems, and documentation management tools.Compliance: Support for system validation and documentation in line with FDA regulatory requirements.Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to assess, implement, and document technical solutions that align with business needs.Additionally, I contribute to infrastructure documentation (DR), participate in on-call rotation for critical systems support, and assist in training staff on IT tools and services.
