Site Management: Conduct regular site tours to ensure compliance with security policies and procedures. Completing risk assessments and site evaluations.• Customer Service: Build long term relationships with clients and maintain high quality customer service. Attend meetings with clients to address concerns and ensure client satisfaction. Ensure all aspects of the required security services are being delivered to the customers’ satisfaction and in accordance with the contract.• Business Development: Create plan to generate business from existing clients and perform cold outreach to attract new clients.• Staff Supervision: Supervise security staff and take disciplinary actions when required, while maintaining a positive work environment. Enforce regulations for guards and control/eliminate time theft, lateness, absenteeism, improper uniform, improper code of conduct, discipline, grievance and/or other staff issues. Issue verbal warning to guards for first instance of misconduct followed by written warning with consultation of HR Manager, for subsequent misconducts.• Operational Effectiveness: Provide support for security planning.• Documentation and Reporting: Prepare and submit reports related to security operations and give suggestions on operations improvement.• Post Orders: Disseminate duties and post orders to staff.• Guards Training: Ensure smooth orientation, training, development and retention of high caliber security staff. Get enrolled in trainings related to security industry as offered by the company and further provide those trainings to security guards.
