This role is within the Health Policy and Analytics (HPA) Data Equity team. This role supports the Oregon Health Authority (OHA) Office of Equity and Inclusion and the OHA Office of Information Services in creating and maintaining analytical processes for the race, ethnicity, language, and disability (REALD) and sexual orientation and gender identity (SOGI) data repository and information system. This role develops documentation and business rules for data collection and storage, and external reporting and data sharing processes using REALD/SOGI data for the purpose of detecting and addressing inequitable health outcomes across REALD/SOGI disadvantaged populations. This role has a heavy focus on data quality monitoring, data governance, and data equity topics for the REALD & SOGI data repository.
