I am a graduate student in Counselling Psychology, currently working toward becoming a Registered Psychotherapist. I am passionate about supporting individuals through a client-centered, evidence-based approach, with a focus on fostering emotional well-being and resilience.Through my academic training and practical experience, I have developed skills in intake assessments, treatment planning, and working with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, and life transitions. I am particularly committed to providing culturally responsive care and creating a safe, inclusive space where clients feel heard, respected, and empowered.As an emerging psychotherapist, I am continuously expanding my knowledge and clinical skills to provide thoughtful, ethical, and effective support.
