I started my career working at a lender doing finance and leasing for commercial vehicles. I pivoted into a recruiting agency role and then transitioned to an in-house recruiting role at a tech company. I worked closely with tech teams as a Scrum Master, which is a unique role that blends process and project management. I worked as an account manager at another tech company for about a year helping accounting teams modernize their workflows with ai and automation. I currently work as a Design Consultant with West Shore Home, helping people and families with their home renovations. We specialize in Windows, Doors, Flooring, and full bathroom remodels.
