Responsible for requirements gathering, designing, implementing, administering, computers, servers, UPS, email, phone systems, networks, firewalls, and end point protection systems for all Activo’s Managed Services customers and staff. • Performs timely systems upgrades to protect against security threats that could jeopardize integrity, confidentiality, availability of information, and technology resources. • Provides up to level 2 / 3 IT support and achieves timely resolution of issues impacting both internal and external customers.
