As a passionate and results-driven professional in the security industry, I am committed to advancing leadership development and security practices to protect organizations against evolving threats. With approximately 15 years of experience across physical security, security programs, training and development, licensing and compliance, client relationships, and more, I hold a Master\'s degree in Organizational Leadership, with a focus on training and development within the upper echelons of leadership. My research and applied project specifically targeted strategies for retaining high-level talent within the security sector, both in homeland security and global operations.This professional and academic experience has deepened my understanding of how effective leadership, professional development, and targeted training programs can drive success in high-stakes environments. I’ve gained valuable insights into how organizations can retain top performers, create strategic development pipelines, and foster a resilient leadership culture.I am now seeking to build on my academic background and practical experience to take on senior leadership roles where I can help shape organizational culture, influence global security strategies, and mentor emerging leaders in the security space.
