I am a team builder and a people leader with a track record of getting things done. I think on my feet, say what I mean, and mean what I say. I spent the last 10 years of my career in Dell, working with Engineering organizations to help build frameworks enabling and supporting predictable release cycles, at quality, in an agile ecosystem.
