I have a Bachelor of Business Administration in Operations Management and Supervision from Baruch College, and an Associate of Arts in Business Administration and Management from Westchester Community College. I currently work as a PRS Level 2 Case Manager at Rising Ground, where I provide comprehensive case management and support to Unaccompanied Children (UC) after leaving the legal custody of the Federal Government. My core competencies include home visits, client support, and case management.In my role, I collaborate closely with the federal Office of Refugee Resettlement and the HS/PRS program to link children and their families with a range of community services, facilitating their successful integration and permanency in the United States. I work diligently to ensure a high standard of care, and I have developed strong relationships with the UC and their sponsors. I am passionate about helping the UC overcome the challenges they face, and I value the diversity and resilience they bring to our team and society.
