Over 15 years of work experience in the IT industry with 10+ years\' experience in Proposal Management. In this current role, I manage large pursuits for the AMS region and lead the AMS Proposal Management Team comprising of new & experienced Proposal Writers. I am responsible for initiatives which improve quality and productivity of the team. I along with my team ensure we submit compliant, competitive and compelling proposals to win business. I excel in proposal management, business proposal writing, editing, and people management.
