Program Management/Administration\\\\n•Manage yearly budget: daily operations of the site, projects, staff, trainees, and equipment\\\\n•Implement operational procedures for the region based on the templates provided by the network\\\\n•Assist Executive Director and Network team in analyzing program outcomes\\\\n•Supervise instruction/curriculum, internship cycle/job placement and all program initiatives\\\\n•Manage trainees disciplinary process and recommend withdrawals/dismissals\\\\n•Develop and maintain relationships with corporations, community leaders, and service organizations for student recruitment and job placement purposes\\\\n•Research and implement workforce development, technology training, and career development best practices\\\\n\\\\nStaff Supervision\\\\n•Direct & supervise regional staff and projects relating to: curriculum/instruction, recruitment, student services, and job sourcing\\\\n•Oversee hiring, supervision, development/training, and evaluation of regional staff\\\\n\\\\nRecruitment & Admissions\\\\n•Develop and execute a strategic recruiting plan for program participants\\\\n•Manage student recruitment and admissions process\\\\n•Develop and maintain relationships with colleges/universities and workforce development organizations\\\\n\\\\nInternship and Job Development\\\\n•Develop a strategic plan to source internships and jobs for students and alumni\\\\n•Develop strong job sourcing relationships to assist with resume reviews and alumni placement\\\\n\\\\nProgram Evaluation, Reporting, & Marketing\\\\n•Ensure completeness and accuracy of Salesforce data input supporting key performance metrics\\\\n•Provide feedback regarding students’ professional and technical skill sets to ensure they are on track to competently handle job responsibilities upon placement\\\\n•Fill in for Executive Director when needed\\\\n•Support Executive Director in identifying and cultivating sponsors and planning and executing student related events\\\\n•Support marketing efforts with case study identification and other content via social media\\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n
