Lead BA on the project to migrate 1500-person company off Google Suite to Microsoft 365 as well as fully transition all business components and processes from current tenant to parent company tenant o Interviewed business stakeholders from over 20 departments to document all impacted operational processes and artifacts o Created remediation plan for all operational processes and artifacts not included in the automated migration o Identified all potential migration paths and created associated risk analysis for leadership review o Participated in vendor research and selection process to identify the ideal migration partner based on project requirements and internal skill gaps o Completed implementation of SharePoint as new knowledge management tool including designing governance policies, operational processes, and migrating six non-approved knowledge management sources to a SharePoint solution • Lead BA on the project to create an automated process to absorb new vendor data and generate required notices to meet compliance requirements impacting over 225k policies o Completed impact analysis on all 50 states and provided remediation path to leadership based on risk and cost assessment. o Researched and documented remediation path for 11 states in scope based on unique state regulations o Wrote the business requirements and functional specifications for all 57 impacted state/product combinations • Lead BA on the project to implement Tableau as the new BI tool and migrate the 24 organizational QlikView applications to Tableau o Worked with developers to research and create content, data, and SDLC governance model o Interviewed business stakeholders to document use cases for QlikView Applications o Designed the operational support model to hand-off to on-going support to IT organization
