I’m a Rental & Used Equipment Manager in the material handling industry, specializing in forklift sales, rentals, service coordination, and lifecycle cost management for customers across warehousing, manufacturing, and agriculture.I work closely with operations managers, plant managers, and business owners to solve real-world equipment challenges, whether that’s placing the right lift for the application, structuring long- or short-term rentals, managing lease returns and inspections, or helping customers reduce total cost of ownership over time.On the rental side, I manage a growing fleet of rent-ready equipment, focusing on utilization, uptime, and responsiveness to keep customers productive and avoid costly downtime. I also handle used equipment sales, ensuring machines are properly evaluated, reconditioned when needed, and priced transparently so customers know exactly what they’re getting.I collaborate daily with service and parts teams to coordinate repairs, inspections, and maintenance strategies, especially in demanding environments where reliability matters most. My approach is consultative and straightforward, I follow a Sandler-style sales process, prioritizing fit, honesty, and long-term relationships over quick wins.Proud to be part of a dealership serving Northern Indiana, Southern Michigan, and Northwest Ohio.
