Hunteed selects the recruitment firms; employers meet and recruit qualified candidates.Hunteed allows quality recruitment at scale by leveraging human-informed hiring processes with the efficiency of a platform model.As a Customer Success Manager, my mission is to - Assist and advice customers in broadcasting their job offers, process applicants and handle all their job offers on the platform- Guide recruitment consultants on the platform to the right opportunities according to their expertise during individual briefing- Lead the community of recruitment consultants during collective briefing for specific customers (video conference, webinar)- Increase the frequency of use of the platform by customers and their level of success (number of advertisements, number of applicants meeting, number of recruitment.)- Increase customer satisfaction and reduce churn-rate- Assist the business developers in developing key accounts and be responsible for the turnover of my customers portfolio- Participate in the continual improvement of the platform, process and internal tools.
