ABOUT REMI ROBERTS

As a Sourcing Specialist / Recruiter, I have extensive experience in finding, assessing, and hiring top-quality technical talent for Kraken Digital Asset Exchange, a leading cryptocurrency platform. I managed the full-cycle candidate management process for various security and IT roles, using multiple applicant tracking systems, Boolean search, talent insights, and campaigns to meet the high standards and expectations of the hiring managers. I also conducted first and second round interviews, curated candidate offers, and partnered with the hiring managers to create job descriptions and assessments. My passion for sourcing and interviewing candidates is driven by my natural proclivity towards people and my interest in the fintech and security domains. I have a BA in Modern Languages (French & Spanish) from Swansea University, which has enabled me to communicate effectively and build relationships with candidates and stakeholders across different regions and cultures. I have also gained valuable experience in hospitality, digital mapping, and merchandising, where I honed my customer service, problem-solving, and organizational skills. My goal is to leverage my diverse background and competencies to contribute to the success and growth of innovative and dynamic organizations.
