I have a passion for digesting complex tasks and creating efficient solutions. Accustomed to creating backend logic with a heavy focus on security within the application.Currently involved with migrating and enhancing data pipelines which include-Creating / Refactoring ETL Jobs (Spark, Sqoop, Impala, Hive, Shell, Python, etc)-Networking around connecting source systems to downstream data warehouses (AWS, Cloudera)-Complex SQL/HQL queries for pushing ETL jobs to data warehouses and analytic purposes respectively -Configuring massive parallel processing systems (Cloudera Hadoop, AWS Redshift, etc)- Migrating data pipelines to more cost effective stacks I am also a part time comp sci graduate student at Georgia Tech. Some core subjects that I am learning involve-OSI & TCP/IP Models -Spanning Tree Protocol-Distance Vector Routing-Software Defined Networks-Border Gateway Protocol, iBGP, eBGPNote: My part-time schedule is performed on my personal time outside of work.I am currently looking for a mentor!
