In my role, I provide vital on-site support for our client\'s CEP (Customer Experience Platform) and OA (Online Advertising) programs, reporting directly to the Client Ops Lead. My responsibilities involve close collaboration with the client, agency, and Kinesso specialists to meticulously define and execute the rollout of CEP and OA initiatives, initially focusing on three core markets. I play a pivotal role in managing the tagging strategy and deployment for various digital media channels, including social, display, search, and programmatic, all on behalf of our esteemed client. Furthermore, I supported the expansion of the CEP across multiple markets, with an initial focus on the UK, Germany, and France. My duties also encompasses facilitating the seamless integration of platform technologies with CEP and OA schemes, such as adserving platforms, website tagging, dynamic creative platforms, and website personalization. I am deeply involved in tag management, including standard coding, reporting research, template configuration, custom JavaScript coding and deployments, quality assurance, tag configuration, and training, ensuring the successful implementation and optimization of our client\'s digital initiatives.
