From day one, I took initiative, delivered high quality results under pressure, and supported my team wherever needed.I then moved into sales with Pentagon HQ, selling broadband, gas & electricity services, and charity memberships across the UK on a commission-only basis. I earned recognition as a top performer, consistently converting leads through face to face interaction and proactive communication.At Safestore, I worked as a Sales Consultant while also managing the facility. I generated new business, maintained customer relationships, and oversaw daily operations. Using the CRM system daily, I tracked leads, optimised processes, and consistently met targets, gaining recognition for my consistency, work ethic, and drive to improve.As a Sales Executive at Lookers, I achieved multiple top performer awards for sales volume and F&I results. Managed face to face enquiries, showroom appointments, and phone outreach. Known for my dedication, I constantly refined my approach to maximise results and improve the customer experience.Alongside my professional experience, I took a career break to travel through 14 countries in a camper van I designed and built from scratch.
