Managing a team of 8 people.• Possess an understanding of the EMEA, Japan, and FDA medical device regulations.• Coordinating labeling design, leading meetings with cross-functional teams and Senior Leadership• Constantly measuring milestones to gauge progress and insights to make better decisions. Developing project execution strategies depending on the project\'s complexity.• As a BD Brand Ambassador since 2021, collaborating with the Strategic Brand Office to champion the Brand across the company worldwide. • Volunteering as a leader for the AD & E program. Leading a group of 20 people in initiatives and events across BDX.
