I’m a Chicago native who didn’t stumble into HR by accident. I chose it because I’ve always been drawn to understanding people, solving problems, and helping workplaces feel more human. Over six years later, that same intention still guides how I show up every day.As an HR Business Partner, I focus on driving engagement, supporting leaders through change, and making sure the people side of business runs smoothly and with heart. I’ve led projects that improved onboarding, strengthened communication, and made the employee experience a little brighter from start to finish.I’m at my best when I’m building relationships, helping others navigate challenges, and turning ideas into something real.
