As a Human Resources Generalist at Snowrelic, a leading software development company, I leverage my Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering and my skills in operations and recruiting to support the company\'s growth and culture. I have over four years of work experience in the HR field, including two and a half years as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Snowrelic, where I helped hire and onboard hundreds of qualified candidates for various roles. I also have a year of experience as an Operations Representative at Concentrix, where I handled customer service and administrative tasks. My core competencies include talent management, employee engagement, performance evaluation, and HR policies and procedures.
