I’m Rekha Seelaboina, currently pursuing a Master in Management at ESCP Business School, with a background in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from JNTU Gurajada Vizianagaram and an ongoing Master’s in Economics from Andhra University. My academic journey reflects my passion for both technical innovation and economic strategy. Over time, I’ve earned certifications in service marketing, cloud foundations, and data-driven decision-making from top platforms like JPMorgan and PwC. I\'ve also authored research on agriculture forecasting and economic indicators, and hold a patent in signal processing for OFDM receivers—showcasing my drive to explore, build, and contribute meaningfully.Professionally, I’ve worked in talent acquisition as a Bench Sales Recruiter with Vdrive IT Solutions and Team-Soft LLC. These roles helped me sharpen my skills in negotiation, consultant placement, vendor management, and strategic communication. My experience mentoring projects at JNTU, interning at Vizag Steel Plant, and being part of the American Management Association has helped me understand the power of teamwork, structure, and real-world problem-solving—skills I now carry forward into every challenge I take on.At heart, I’m a social entrepreneur passionate about driving positive change. I founded League Orbital to promote sustainable merchandise and Phinerd to bridge educational gaps in rural colleges. My work with SarkariSchool.in through Project Vedana allowed me to raise awareness about menstrual health and contribute to community upliftment. I believe in building solutions that are not only innovative but also inclusive and responsible. Every project I pursue reflects my core values—curiosity, impact, and integrity.
