With over 8 years of experience in human resources and talent acquisition, I am a passionate and driven professional who strives to find and attract the best talent for Google. I have a strong background in global sourcing, recruiting, and coordination for various regions and businesses within the company. I enjoy working with diverse and dynamic teams, and I am always eager to learn new skills and technologies to enhance my efficiency and effectiveness.As a recruitment specialist at Google, I am responsible for recruitment coordination for GBOP, APAC Tech (Hong Kong, Singapore and Emerging Markets) regions, scheduling interviews through Salesforce, and managing queries from stakeholders and candidates. I also work closely with HR colleagues and staffing operations delivery teams across the region and globally, and deliver services according to agreed service level agreements and operational guidelines. I have successfully onboarded Sage ATS, managed and maintained HRMS software, and contributed to campus hiring through Tier 1 and Tier 2 colleges. I have also demonstrated my skills in evaluating candidates on Evalground test, tracking RM targets, and facilitating visa processing and travel arrangements for employees.
