As a BDM, I was responsible for driving international sales and partnerships in the VFX outsourcing industry. By executing multi-channel outreach through LinkedIn, cold calls, WhatsApp, and email campaigns, I built a strong pipeline of qualified leads and developed outsourcing partnerships that strengthened the studio’s international presence. I also created impactful marketing collateral, including brochures, showreels, decks, and case studies, which supported sales pitches and enhanced the studio’s branding efforts.*In addition, I expanded production bandwidth by onboarding VFX producers and artists, enabling the team to deliver scalable solutions to global clients & conducted competitive benchmarking and market research to identify growth opportunities and refine our value proposition, while also drafting NDAs, proposals, and contracts to support pitch efforts and negotiations with enterprise-level clients.*To strengthen operations, I implemented CRM-driven client management processes, tracked performance, and improved lead conversion. I collaborated with production and delivery teams to ensure client expectations were met, while providing consistent communication and support throughout the engagement cycle. Representing the studio in client meetings and industry discussions.*Through these initiatives, I contributed significantly to the studio’s early-stage business growth, setting up structured workflows for sales, outreach, and client servicing, and creating a strong foundation for long-term international expansion.
