Participates in project team meetings and specific issue meetings throughout the planning and execution phases of the project.Joins team early on to assist in environmental construction safe guards and selection of the Environmental Contractor, if required.Assists and communicates daily or as necessary with applicable core team members (Managers, Super chief, Chief, Inspectors)during the initial planning, routing, civil survey and subsequent rerouting and alternative analyses throughout the project planning process.Coordinates environmental field surveys. conduct JSA, HRA, SWA ( stop work authority) and serves as liaison between contractors and core team members.Conducts incident investigation, creating RCA, and sustainable change process development. Advise on engineering controls, training or process improvements to prevent reoccurrence.
