   Lead Lanware’s evolution from a 10-member boutique firm to a 100+ person global delivery organization. I architect the structure, governance and delivery model needed to scale complex programs across IoT, AI/ML, RPA and cloud platforms for clients in the US, Australia and the Middle East. & : Spearhead product vision and commercialization at Otohom Automations, our home automation subsidiary. I direct end-to-end development and launch of smart switches, gateways and cloud/mobile platforms, building new IP and business lines. & : I manage and grow our global client portfolio—now over a dozen accounts across logistics, telecom, healthcare and consumer tech.
