On Field Coaching – Working with the TSE on the field and providing them with insight on Selling skills,Product knowledge & Brand promotion. Responsible for the Training,Coaching & development of Sales representative within the respective business units.Evaluate them by providing regular Field Visitation Report.Classroom Training –Classroom training for the new joinee on the product and disease knowledge. Training for the senior TSEs with advance skill set like DiSC, Painting the Patients Picture and EPQ’s which helps them to refine over the existing skill set. Facilitating and attending all in-country training classes; participate in and develop training programs for sales cycle meetings, POAs and NSMs. Marketing management – Take periodic input from marketing team on Brand management, Product launches & product awareness campaign, understand market strategies.and pass it to the Sales Team. Work closely with the Regional Marketing RTM\'s to ensure all skill sets needed for field coaching and class room training are directly in line with our Global Performance Development Models.
