Chair and guide major statutory academic bodies: Board of Studies (BoS), Academic Council, Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC). Drive faculty recruitment, on boarding, professional development, and performance appraisal. Ensure effective resource allocation and budget planning for departments under academic purview. Supervise regulatory compliance, accreditation, and quality assurance processes, including NAAC, NBA, and NCrF/ABC implementation. Direct the adoption of learner-centric, flexible, and modular academic structures as per NEP mandates. Steer integration of technology, MOOCs, and blended learning models across all teaching learning processes. Foster strategic collaborations, MoUs, and partnerships for research, credit transfers, and global academic engagement. Champion data-driven decision-making, academic audits, and continuous curriculum improvement through the IQAC and Ensure transparent stakeholder communication and effective resolution of student/faculty academic matters. Provided excellent service and attention to customers when face-to-face or through phone conversations. Worked with cross-functional teams to achieve goals.
