Drive architecture and integration for midstream logistics stack (telematics, ERP, BI and custom platforms) by standardizing and automating data flows for accuracy, reducing manual entry, and enabling reporting• Collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders in SAFe Agile; refine features, author user stories, feature intake items, and align acceptance criteria with business deliverables in mind• Analyze SQL data to convert raw data into insights for strategic decisions, ad‑hoc investigations, and performance tracking• Define reqs for custom apps and Azure Functions for CI/CD in DevOps; design IoT and API integration blueprints to ingest telemetry and maintenance data• Lead vendor assessments and ROI analyses for system enhancements—including Trimble TMT, TMW, and third‑party solutions—presenting recommendations to M&R management and driving adoption• Act as Product Owner for Trimble TMT application; own roadmap, backlog, and release planning for digital maintenance solutions on midstream assets, scoping features to automate routine service schedules• Support logistics apps (TMW, in‑house data engineering, custom tools) through FinOps, CloudHealth from VMware, redesigns, performance tuning, and Autosys automation while maintaining integration diagrams, architecture docs, and runbooks to improve onboarding and support offshore AMS• Participate in backlog grooming, sprint planning, daily stand‑ups, retrospectives, and working‑agreement updates in Azure DevOps; lead ceremonies in the absence of the Product Owner or Scrum Master to drive Agile maturity• Provide 24/7 full‑stack support—including frontend, middleware, infrastructure, custom apps and vendor solutions—through rotating on‑call assignments and incident tracking in ServiceNow• Partner with product and engineering teams to implement complex solutions in C# or other languages when SQL or PowerShell is insufficient, guiding development through clear Agile story writing and feature prioritization
