Currently, Fly Right International serves as the appointed recruitment agency for the Emirates Group (Emirates Airline) in Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Paraguay, and Uruguay, leading recruitment campaigns across these countries.Achievements under My Management: • Successfully interviewed over prospective candidates and recruited approximately cabin crew and ground staff over 18 years.Core Responsibilities: • Managing a recruitment team of up to 6 members, overseeing all phases of recruitment campaigns. • Developing comprehensive presentation materials, interview questions, assessment center scenarios, and candidate pre-screening tests. • Leading presentations and open information sessions for prospective candidates on a monthly basis. • Conducting assessment centers, candidate testing, and in-depth personal interviews. • Liaising directly with airline management to address recruitment needs and ensure adherence to contract specifications, including coordinating with hotels and other venues. • Providing support to both the airline and candidates through final recruitment stages and pre-joining formalities. • Mentoring and motivating candidates, guiding them through the relocation process. • Representing the agency through public speaking engagements, media interviews (radio, newspaper), and lectures at aviation schools and universities in Brazil, Colombia, Paraguay, and Chile.
