My role in Buying allows me to develop analytical skills, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and contribute to key merchandising decisions in Moderate Innerwear.I graduated from Kent State University in August 2024 with a Masters in Business Administration concentrating in International Marketing. Before that, I earned a B.S. in Fashion Merchandising with minors in Fashion Media and Marketing in August 2023.My past experiences in customer service at H&M, Kent State, Express, and Brooks Brothers has shaped my ability to understand consumer needs, enhance the shopping experience, and thrive in fast-paced retail environments. These roles strengthened my communication, organization, and problem-solving skills, which I now apply in my merchandising career.
