I’m Reiss Roberts, Founder and Managing Director of First Active 365 Homecare, a nurse-led complex care and CHC provider supporting adults and children with complex needs across the UK.My work in healthcare is personal. Growing up, my mum lived with significant mental health challenges, and seeing how much the right support could change things, or how damaging poor or inconsistent care could be, stayed with me. It’s a big part of why I care so much about how services are built and delivered today.At First Active 365 Homecare, we focus on providing complex and high-acuity care where reliability, clinical oversight and clear communication really matter. We work closely with Local Authorities, ICBs, NHS CHC teams and case managers to support safe discharges, timely mobilisation and long-term care packages that are realistic, well-governed and sustainable.We’re often brought in for cases that need a calm, structured approach, particularly where families or commissioners want confidence that care will be delivered consistently and responsibly. We take time to understand each situation properly and are honest about what we can and can’t support, because long-term outcomes matter more than quick wins.Alongside complex care, I also lead First Active 365, our healthcare staffing and nursing agency, supporting NHS and private healthcare providers with dependable, well-matched staff.Alongside this, through Phoenix Premises, I invest in property by buying older, tired homes and bringing them back to life, creating high-quality, long-term rental homes. We also own and operate a converted barn as a short-term holiday let, giving us experience across both long-term and operational property models.I enjoy connecting with people who care about doing things properly, whether that’s commissioners, case managers, healthcare professionals or partners who value trust, clarity and long-term thinking.If that sounds like you, I’m always happy to connect and have a conversation.
