I have spent more than 15 years working at C-level proximity on the transformation, scaling and governance of international organizations – across family-owned businesses, private-equity environments and listed companies.As part of the SFS Group, I currently take on group-level responsibility for transformation, governance and operating models, focusing on building scalable structures that enable organizations to perform under growth, complexity and change.In my roles, transformation has never been about concepts alone, but about turning strategy into effective organization, clear leadership systems and reliable execution – particularly in international and matrix-based environments.My professional background is rooted in HR, which has served as a powerful lever for organizational transformation, integration and leadership effectiveness. Today, my focus is on enterprise-level impact rather than functional excellence.I value exchanges with leaders and organizations facing the challenge of scaling, transforming or stabilizing complex structures – regardless of whether the starting point is people, operations or the business model.
