My background as a mechanical engineer allows me to quickly grasp the operational and strategic challenges leaders face—and offer practical, grounded solutions.I’ve lived and worked in Germany, South Africa, and the United States, and worked with companies across all continents. This global experience helps me coach with cultural sensitivity and a broad strategic lens. Today, I live in Wooster, Ohio with my wife and the younger of our two sons.
