I am a proven Product & Operations leader with ample experience building and growing teams, with particular focus on mission-driven technology companies that solve hard problems in the area of emergency services, healthcare, and public safety. I have taken multiple companies from <10 to 100+ employees, have proven that I can wear many hats and know what level of process and structure is appropriate at different times. I believe in empowering people and am passionate about leading my teams to success. Over the course of my career in technology leadership, I have designed, developed, launched, managed and supported multiple software products that are being used in thousands of 9-1-1 communications centers, EMS agencies, fire departments and hospitals. I have led teams that solved some of the industry\'s hardest problems, such as fast and accurate 9-1-1 location information for wireless calls, supplemental data that actually makes a difference to emergency responders, mapping applications that show call-takers where people are calling 9-1-1 from before the phone even rings, electronic patient care reports that are easy to use and automatically integrate bidirectionally with hospital medical records, and many more.
