Worked with multiple Contracting Officer (KO) and multiple Contracting Officer Representatives (CORs) and key staff to ensure no degradation to the mission through contracting efforts that address the contractor providing services that conformed to the contracts, and that the support needed and expected by our customers was provided throughout AOR to include Kuwait, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Israel and Jordan. Deployed to Camp Arifjan in Kuwait reviewing Pre-Solicitations, Pre-Award, Market Research documents, validation. Assuring Pre-Award contracts in Kuwait are according to policy, making sure it passes all legal reviews and validation so it will be a smooth and accurate award. Consistently conducted post-award conferences with relevant stakeholders on all contracts under my responsibility to ensure a clear understanding of the USG’s contract objective. Proficient working with ARMY programs including PCF, PD2, ACWS, PIEE JAM, PIEE SPM, JCCS, SA, WAWF. Successfully implemented new requirements and modifications on 48 non-tactical vehicles contracts valued at over 4 million dollars. Demonstrated remarkable adaptability, resourcefulness and efficiency in managing contracts amidst challenging circumstances. Exceptional attention to detail ensuring compliance with all applicable laws, regulations and policies. Engaged with customers explaining the standard process requirements to the various Requiring Activities (RA) and available to answer any questions regarding the contracting process. Proactively engaged with customers, contractors and functional representatives to keep communication flowing. Provided feedback and offering creative solutions to re-occurring contracting issues. Worked on contract awards in PD2 and ACWS in a timely manner before POP start dates. Evaluated vendor quotes using established criteria consistent with FAR subpart 13.
