Its software and platforms are designed to be used for ticketing (on site, mobile, web), virtual queue management, as well as to provide experience-driven, personalized content to its customers.As the Tax Director for Accesso, I am responsible for all areas of tax (direct and indirect) such as tax accounting, tax compliance, tax advisory/planning, and transfer pricing for all locations (Canada, USA, Mexico, Brazil, UK, Netherlands, Germany, Italy, Australia, China, Italy, Dubai, Singapore).Also, as the Tax Director my duties include among others:• Preparation and/or management of income tax returns for corporations (USA/UK and all other locations).• Preparation and/or management of any indirect taxes for any location worldwide (i.e. USA Sales and Use Tax, Canada GST, UK VAT, Australia GST, etc.) • Preparation and management of income tax provision and tax accounting, including management of external audits, as well as applicable disclosures related to tax.• Management of tax matters related to Government audits at any level, and location. Inclusive of Voluntary Disclosure Agreements.• Management and Development of transfer pricing policies, procedures, methodologies, and calculations, in respect of intellectual property and others.• Working collaboratively with departments such as sales, operations, engineering and development, as well as financial reporting and external lawyers, with the purpose of actively participating in several internal/external transactions.• Management of Company secretariat for USA, BVI, Mexico, Canada• Officer of Canadian Subsidiary Company
