I currently oversee the day to day HR operations for our Cypress and Fontana locations, Canadian branch along with 5 other US states and Latin America. I manage 2 full-time and one part-time employee along with the administration of employee confidential files, process all hires, transfers, promotions, terminations and other personnel paperwork, ensuring accurate data and confidentiality in compliance with all legal requirements. I act as system administrator for computerized database of employee records and prepare reports and statistical summaries from records, including census, turnover and salary data. Preemptive handling of employee relation matters – negotiate, counsel and conflict management – establish and maintain effective relationships with others. I manage programs and projects which support overall HR strategies and goals. I oversee administration of all benefits, compensation and ADP payroll processing.
