As a Manager, Mike is one of the leads within the Data & Analytics Team. Whilst he manages the team from both a people and technical perspective, he has two areas of focus: 1. Leads the enablement aspect of the Operate business, ensuring that there is focus on improving our internal technology capability, building business-enhancing applications/solutions, and providing necessary data specialist support. Is the multi-disciplinary lead ensuring that the specialists within the team have the necessary support structure, career progression, and tools needed to perform in their role. Mike holds key specialisms in Data Automation, Database Administration (T-SQL, MSSQL Server, Azure SQL, MongoDB), ETL, Alteryx, and Analysis. He doesn\'t consider himself limited to the aforementioned technologies and would be considered tool and skill agnostic; His drive and passion come from solving a wide array of complex technical problems including those seemingly impossible.
