I’m a passionate communications professional with an innovative, problem-solving nature and a friendly demeanor. Since I jumpstarted my career during the pandemic lockdown, I’ve honed my interpersonal skills with a remote-first approach. I confidently meet clients, team members, and leaders where they feel comfortable, whether that’s dozens of emails, long calls, or structured Zoom meetings.With a helpful, collaborative, and proactive nature, I often surprise my teammates with new solutions. I’m self-driven to be my best in any role and I find innovation, observation, and curiosity are my greatest tools. Here are some examples of my contributions: • I helped my team save hours of time per client by developing client-facing forms to gather key information. • I streamlined my client\'s email process by writing templates of her frequently-written emails, with substitute paragraphs available for diverse situations. The result allowed her to easily plug in key information, swap out paragraphs, and send personalized emails out to her clients in minutes. • I developed a bespoke social media marketing strategy for a small business, considering the in-house team’s unique skill set to drive success and encourage buy-in.My favorite thing about my career is the chance to learn and grow. Communications skills can always be honed. Whether I’m brushing up on newsletter design for work or dabbling in graphic design for fun, I’m creating a foundation for future success. Being a strong support for leadership and my team is what drives me in my work! But once I’m off the clock, it’s all about creativity and community for me. My favorite thing to do is host crafting parties where my friends can hang out, snack, and make something beautiful.(Ask me about my cats!)
