About Reid Hayden

Throughout my life, I have enjoyed problem-solving creatively and working with others on a team to achieve a common goal. Being a Senior at the University of Alabama studying Marketing with minors in Leadership Communications and Business Cyber Security, I continue to live this out through my coursework and extracurricular activities. Different concepts I have learned while being at the University are-Marketing provides ways to connect with clients on a personal level so that the product is tailor-made to them -I have participated in several projects with diverse others to create detail-oriented work including writing a twenty-six-page debate outline -That trouble-shooting ideas before starting them is the best way to ensure high product quality While I am not in the classroom, you can find me reading a book, cooking, and walking around campus. I also enjoy giving back to my community through organizations like Al’s Pals, an afterschool program created to help elementary students develop academic and social skills, and the CARA Culverhouse Lift Program, which teaches minority-owned small businesses how to use Microsoft Office Suite. In the future, I would like to apply to graduate school to improve my knowledge of marketing and digital media. I would also love to apply to internships that give me real-life experience I can apply to my studies.
