   I lead the Middle Mile Logistics, Central Planning, GNFR/LTL Logistics, and Systems teams for Best Buy Global Logistics & Trade. Middle Mile Logistics: Responsible for movement of freight from DCs to Stores, DCs to delivery \"cross-docks\", DC to DC transfers, and moves to/from the Returns Logistics Centers. With hundreds of thousands of store deliveries each year and many other deliveries within the other operational flows, the Middle Mile Logistics team works closely with Dedicated carriers, Retail Partners, and Distribution partners to meet customer and business needs, while reducing costs. Central Planning: Responsible for the daily routing of the Delivery Distribution Center (DDC) and Regional Distribution Center to Store networks. Focus areas for the team include driving cost efficiencies, meeting needs of Distribution and Retail partners, and maintaining strong carrier relationships. GNFR (Goods Not for Resale)/LTL (Less-than-truckload) Logistics: Responsible for logistics movements for all goods related to store remodels, store resets, supplies, and other non-sellable goods. Main relationship owner with LTL carriers supporting the many business units within Best Buy leveraging the LTL transportation mode. Systems: Support strategy development and capabilities for the various Global Logistics and Trade systems, including JDA/Blue Yonder TMS.
