REID MCKINNEY focuses his practice on global finance and has experience representing banks, private credit funds, private equity sponsors, and borrowers in a broad array of sophisticated financing transactions. Some of these transactions include asset-based lending, borrower representations, leveraged buyouts, acquisition financing, leveraged finance, cross-border loans, real estate finance, and other secured and unsecured credit facilities. Reid earned his J.D. and MBA from Baylor Law School. While there, Reid was on the Dean’s list and a member of Law Review.
