A ten year veteran in the commercial real estate business, Reid is an owner of Lee & Associates, one of the area\'s largest full service commercial real estate firms that specializes in brokerage, management and development. He is an office specialist with diverse and extensive background in real estate sales and marketing. His focus is on landlord and buyer representation, serving both small local companies and Fortune 500 corporations throughout the Southeast. His experience covers the full spectrum of commercial real estate including site selection, development, management and corporate services.In 2008, he earned his SIOR designation from the Society of Industrial and Office REALTORS®. Only 3,100 commercial brokers worldwide have earned this designation. Of that number, less than are Office Specialists. He also completed his Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation in 2008 and most recently became a principal in the firm in 2009. He is a 1998 graduate of The Citadel, where he majored in Business Administration. Prior to joining Lee & Associates, he acquired invaluable sales and marketing experience working for a number of national marketing firms. He is driven to work hard and smart for his clients, and has a keen knowledge of the product and the market. Reid\'s goal is to successfully guide clients in their best interest and, ultimately, bring more to their bottom line.
