   I moved from London to Raleigh, NC in 2004 and set to work establishing Shawlsmith London, the company I founded. My starting point was from a position of zero, with no previous knowledge of women\'s fashion and no knowledge of the US market.Armed only with my love of people, a passion for sales and a desire to run and grow a successful business, I traveled by road over a course of two years to virtually every city and state in the USA, cold called, and set up new accounts. Now ten years later I have worked with thousands of women\'s specialty stores and generated millions of dollars of revenue and secured business with some of the best women\'s retailers in the world. But this has not been the exciting thing. The exciting thing is that I have discovered I love to see people grow and growing people. I love to see people thrive and flourish. And I love to see people strive to achieve their potential. That is what makes us human and the human spirit beautiful – the striving and self actualizing individual.The Fashion Brand behind Belief.
