He has effectively delivered while handling Multi-disciplinary / Multi-location Teams, People & Performance Management and Competency Enhancement Programs. Good at business stakeholder management in a global environment to meet business objectives. He has experience in identifying Engineering Systems/Process Gaps and driving improvements required to build a word-class Product Engineering function including PDM/PLM, Change Management, Project Dashboards (using Power BI app), Resource planning and allocation, Technical Risk Management, External lab processes, Internal Engineering Lab Management, Design Reviews and elimination of customer complaints. He has an innovative bent of mind who has created a strong IP portfolio through product differentiation. Has a Bachelor\'s in Engineering and a PGCBM in General Management from XLRI Jamshedpur (Gold Medalist) and is Black Belt certified in Six Sigma.
